The Stables at Taypark House – Christmas Market

It is always good to see new business setting up in Bonnie Dundee – here is a set of images that I took (including some of my own work !) of the newly opened The Stables at Tay Park – located in the Perth Road , Dundee and open every day from 10-6 during the run up to Christmas – great idea by the owner (Richie) well worth a visit ….. I have a wide selection of my work – mounted Dundee Prints , framed Dundee prints – Dundee Christmas cards ; pictures of Broughty Ferry , Dundee and Scotland available on sale.

Also a date for your diaries THURSDAY 15th December The Stables will be open late until 9pm.

From 6pm to 9pm they will have free gin, cider and soft drink tastings. Along with live acoustic music and serving delicious hot chocolate and mulled wine. Not to mention the fantastic local farm produce and crafts, home furnishings, giftware and art work on sale as well as an amazing festive atmosphere in this 150 year old stable and courtyard.

One of the highlights on the City of Dundee Events calendar is the annual degree show by final year students from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art ( part of the University of Dundee) .

DJCAD is located in the Perth Road in the West End of Dundee and there was great interest in the week long degree show – with family , guests artists and art lovers and sometimes just the curious coming from far and wide – well done everyone – I will maybe see you there next year!
